Becoming a Reflective Practitioner: Strengthening Practice in Your Setting
A one day course for Early Years Practitioners

We will focus on:
Characteristics of learning in the EYFS will be woven throughout the session

- Strategies for developing reflective practice.
- What do we mean by quality provision and practice?
- Involving children, colleagues, parents and other professionals in the reflective process.
- Improving outcomes for children and families.
- Using peer observations to strengthen practice.
- Using reflective practice to inform your self-evaluation.
