Group Facilitation
One day course for family support workers in a children’s centre context and Early Years practitioners leading teams.
“The leader can never close the gap between himself and the group. If he does he is no longer what he must be. He must walk a tight rope between the consent he must win and the control he must exert.”
Vince Lambardi

If you are a leader it will also help you be aware and understand the dynamic in your staff room.
