- The connections between self-regulation and behaviour.
- How self-regulation impacts on challenging behaviour.
- How play supports self-regulation.
- The strong link between self-regulation and independent learning.
- How play and a playful curriculum underpins self-regulation.
- The adult role: modelling, scaffolding, hints and cues and intentional teaching.
