A two Day Course for Head teachers, Senior Leaders and Managers which includes within its timescale opportunities to develop action(s) from your self-evaluation tool.

- critical reflection as a tool to improve quality and raise standards.
- auditing teaching and learning.
- how the best schools and settings build partnerships with parents and carers.
- involving all staff in quality improvement.
- how leaders build effective teams.
- managing change.
- succession planning.
- the potential of moving from good to outstanding.
